My cat, Sadie, developed a lump under her chin. I called Embrace Vet Care and was able to get an appointment the next day. They thoroughly checked her out, including X-Rays, and unfortunately the news was heartbreaking. They were compassionate, kind, and supportive throughout the whole ordeal. They were upfront about the cost of all services. They explained all of our options and did not push a decision either way. I truly appreciate everyone at Embrace, they are the kind of people you want when making hard decisions about your beloved pet. I will definitely return to them in the future. Excellent Care at Embrace Pet Hospital! I recently took my dog, Jake, to Embrace Pet Hospital for his arthritis and weight concerns, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Dr. Jernigan was fantastic; she provided a thorough examination, gave us an excellent meal plan, and offered valuable recommendations for his ongoing care. Thanks to her guidance, Jake has already started losing weight and is walking much better! The entire staff was wonderful, especially Beverly at the front desk. She was incredibly efficient and caring, truly embodying the compassionate spirit of the office. Beverly promptly obtained Jake's previous veterinary records and was able to book us a same-day appointment, which was a huge help. Jake seemed to genuinely like everyone on staff, which is always a good sign. I'm confident we've found Jake's new veterinarian, and I highly recommend Embrace Pet Hospital to anyone seeking top-notch animal care.

I have to say, I was getting discouraged trying to find a veterinary clinic that cared more about the pet than money, but here we are. Faith restored. My wife brought our 17 year old cat in because he had a set of issues pretty rapidly pop up. The way my wife and our pet was treated is almost unbelievable after all this time. We are very grateful for this place and the wonderful people that keep it running. If no one has said it, you all make a difference in a major way in people's life's and we are more than appreciative. Thank you.

My wife brought our new shelter cat Charlie in for an emergency visit recently and Beverly and Dr. Jernigan were awesome as always. The care, professionalism and grace from the staff at Embrace are second to NONE in Northwest Arkansas. Highly recommend!

Super clean, incredibly professional, and friendly. We have taken our small breed pup, Maizy, to Embrace since we first got her. Dr Jernigan is awesome. She is kind and gentle and takes the time to explain what is going on and answer questions. We will continue to use Embrace. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful experience this morning at Embrace Vet Care! We have been at another local vet for the last several years where the staff has grown cold and sales have gotten pushy. Embrace has a fresh, bright, and welcoming feeling about it, with personable and caring staff and new technology and facilities. Beverly at the front desk was sweet as pie and quickly obtained our pups records from our previous vet, and Dr. J was so kind, listened to our concerns, and was thoughtful in her treatment. They both loved on our babies and handled them gently and with experience. Costs were presented in an easy to read format prior to services so that we could choose what fit our budget, and our invoice with full breakdown of pricing was emailed after payment. Online scheduling and an easy to use app were cherries on top! We are happy to have found a new vet home at Embrace and will be referring friends and family!

Everyone here is caring and compassionate. Truly. The environment is very calm. Dr Jernigan and her whole team are wonderful people with beautiful hearts. I could not ask for a better place to bring my pets.

Great employees that care about your pets. Explain options for treatment along with costs. Easy location to get into and free parking. Above and beyond offering the humans a soda or water. :)

I took my late dog Finn here because he was in pain. I sadly had to put him down but the vet staff and receptionist were so kind to me. They understood life got in the way and helped me get a payment plan for my bills. Overall they were very welcoming of big breeds like pit bulls. I would go here again very kind and understanding people.
